The omoplata is just like any other technique. It can be broken down from many steps to few steps.
Most Jiu-Jitsu submissions covered thus far begin with the breaking of the opponent’s posture, then comes placing ourselves into the position where we crank on the opponent’s leg to get the tap, or we choke their neck to get the choke, then lastly comes securing the position so that they may not escape.
