In this video, I show you an inside look @ Absolute MMA, located in Phuket, Thailand! During my stay there, I got to train with 4 Thai instructors, and with their fights combined accumulates to over 1000 fights! Later in the video, I got to spar with Javad Torkk, a professional Muay Thai fighter with over 80 fights, and one of Saenchai's most recent opponents!

During my time in Phuket, Thailand, I dropped by AKA Thailand to do some MMA sparring with their pro MMA athletes! I got to move around and do some technical sparring with some of the fighters, and I also had to bang it out with others (who were preparing for fights). Overall very nice and respectful people and a very beautiful gym!

I am here at Khongsittha Muay Thai, one of my personal favourite gyms in Bangkok, Thailand. I was fortunate to have the opportunity to spar with two of the Thai fighters/instructors here. One of them, 42 years of age with 145 fights and the other with over 200 fights. Obviously, both of them gave me a good beating! If you ever visit Bangkok, I recommend you visit this gym!

It's the weekend again and I have one more "Inside Look @ Tristar Gym" video for you! Part 3 is all on me grappling and wrestling with the guys at Tristar. I got to grapple with elite BJJ competitors like Ethan Crelinsten, UFC fighter Alex Garcia, Bellator fighter Mandel Nallo, as well as, many other professional athletes! I was lucky enough that Firas allowed me to film for a week, so I hope you guys have been enjoying the footage I've got at Tristar. I am now going to Tristar every Tuesday to train indefinitely to be part of Aiemann Zahabi's fight camp, but unfortunately, I won't be able to film it.

This weekend's video is another Inside Look @ Tristar Gym! This video is focused on my one on one training with famous coach Firas Zahabi. During my visit to Tristar, I had the opportunity to spar, roll and hit pads with Firas, I even got to eat dinner with him! He is such a high level coach and I learned so much from him.

Firas has invited me to come spar his brother Aiemann Zahabi every Tuesday to help prepare for his UFC fight in May against Vince Morales, so I will be getting more training in at Tristar!

Recently, I travelled to Tristar gym in Montreal for the first time to train for a week! This gym is a well-known gym, sharpening some of the best fighters in the world. People like Georges St-Pierre, Joseph Duffy and many more train there regularly. I met many UFC and Bellator fighters and got to spar with the best!

I've started a series called 'Inside Look @" where I will travel to different gyms and vlog my experiences. Today will be an 'Inside Look' @ Tristar Gym Part 1, of me MMA sparring with the guys at there! 

Next week, I will be releasing Part 2 which is an episode of me sparring, rolling and smashing pads with Coach Firas Zahabi himself! And the following week will be a video of me grappling with the guys at Tristar gym.

The skill level at Tristar gym is very high, and I learned so much during my short time there. Let me know in the comments on what you think of my time there!
