I'm Ben, a coach over the last 13 years. I have completed 27 professional certifications, under legends like Charles Poliquin, Paul Check and Andrew Benoit. I'm a relentless student who's constantly evolving my coaching game so that athletes can continuously level up. I'm Jeff, a pro fighter currently signed with ONE Championship. I began training in Muay Thai when I was 15 and have since accumulated an amateur record of 24-2, and professional MMA record of 4-1. Throughout my training I've always aimlessly lifted weights to improve my strength.
