HOW THE COURSE WORKS
Once you access this program, you'll see that there are three individual sections. Each workout begins with a detailed technical breakdown. You'll then be able to find a follow along workout in both video and audio format.
Each workout gets progressively more difficult in technique and combination.
While learning and sharpening technique, you'll be developing power, speed, cardio, rhythm, flow and fluidity in your striking.Â
The final section offers sparring footage for the majority of workouts and techniques you'll be working on. This will allow you to visualize how it should land on your opponent or heavy bag. Â

MEET YOUR COACH
I'm Jeff, a former professional MMA fighter for ONE Championship. I began training in Muay Thai when I was 15 and have since accumulated an amateur record of 24-2, and professional MMA record of 4-1. I am certified as a Muay Thai Kru and a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I have a hybrid style that incorporates Boxing, Karate, Judo, Wrestling, Jeet Kune Do and Krav Maga.
