Each workout has 3 rounds of 3 minutes. Each round begins with a detailed technical breakdown, followed by the follow along workout. You'll also get access to the audio file so you can follow along at the gym.
Each workout gets progressively more difficult in technique and combination. While learning and sharpening your technique, you'll be developing speed, cardio, rhythm, flow and fluidity in your striking; while increasing your fight IQ and working your memory.

MEET YOUR COACH
I'm Jeff, a former professional MMA fighter for ONE Championship. I began training in Muay Thai when I was 15 and have since accumulated an amateur record of 24-2, and professional MMA record of 4-1. I am certified as a Muay Thai Kru and a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I have a hybrid style that incorporates Boxing, Karate, Judo, Wrestling, Jeet Kune Do and Krav Maga.
